Der Spätburgunder wurde auf Löss- und Lehmböden früh gelesen. So entstand ein lachsfarbener Wein, der vom ersten Moment an nach Frische duftet. Im Vordergrund steht ein feines Erdbeeraroma, niemals zu süß, immer dezent. Am Gaumen bleibt der Wein mit feinem Grip, der einer leicht steinigen Mineralität geschuldet ist. Ein herrlich frischer Sommerwein!
